Introduction

Forensic Science is the application of science to criminal and civil laws. Forensic scientists collect, preserve, and analyze scientific evidence during the course of an investigation. Forensic Science is a multidisciplinary subject, drawing principally from chemistry, biology, physics, geology, psychology, social sciences etc.

The Journal of Forensic Science and Research is an initiative of Heighten Science to publish peer-reviewed scholarly manuscripts emphasizing skills, application and communication of competent and credible developments in the field of forensic science and research.

Reasons for Publishing

Forensic Science and Research has shown remarkable growth over the past 15 years. New advances in technology have placed forensics in an accelerating cycle of growth, as a wider range of societies than ever before comes to realize just how useful forensics can be for their own purposes.

In this scenario, The Journal of Forensic Science and Research purposefully puts effort to publish manuscripts with new insights and technologies combined with aspects related to rapid growth and transition of forensic science and research.
